Upon completion of the Pastoral Leadership Concentration the student will:
- Possess the knowledge and training necessary to provide nurture and pastoral care within the framework of the local church.
- Understand the Biblical concept of authority and the ministry of helps, which will enable the student to work effectively within a pastoral staff.
- Be able to communicate and minister effectively within the worship experience and the small group teaching setting using the five-fold ministry giftings.
