Coach Dan Vazquez

Dan Oziel Vazquez enters his first year as coach of the World Harvest Bible College Warriors soccer team. A native of Zacatecas, Mexico Dan moved to the U.S. in 1999 to complete high school in Cincinnati, OH where he played soccer for a city league and helped his team obtain two championships in a row scoring 28 goals in two seasons.

Currently Dan Vazquez serves as the Pastor of La Cosecha Latina (Latin Harvest Church) in Columbus, Ohio.  He also works as the International Student Advisor for Valor Christian College and as a part-time instructor for the Spanish Courses.

In October, 2006 Dan Vazquez received a Resolution from the Civil Rights Commission of the State of Ohio for the work to the Hispanic Community. He one of the youngest and one of the few Hispanics to receive this award from the State of Ohio.
