"About Valor Christian College."

Welcome to the website of Valor Christian College.  You are important to us and we want to help you fulfill your dreams.  Our college is located in Columbus, Ohio and is dedicated to preparing ministers, missionaries, and Christian workers. It is the "School of the Spirit." If you want to dedicate your life to the service of God and to make a difference in spiritual and social challenges of our society we encourage you to be a part of our student body. You can make a difference in the world through the power of God as you go forth to do His will. 

 Deciding where to go to college can be a daunting task.  If you want to follow the will of God and select the right college, you need to ask the right kind of questions.  Our faculty and staff want you to make the right choice.  The following questions will help you to assess whether or not Valor Christian College is right for you:

1. Do I enjoy sharing a loving community of faith that will help me grow in my relationships with God and with others?
2. Will this college community support the call of God on my life and prepare me to be involved in His work and to make a difference in the world?
3. Is it my goal to be educated and trained to work for God and to help others?
4. Am I concerned about the poor, the hungry, and the destitute people of the world?
5. Do I want to be challenged academically and spiritually to develop my gifts and talents?
6. Is it my desire to be mentored as a lifelong learner and disciple of our Lord Jesus Christ?
7. Do I desire to do the will of God?

If you answered five or more of these questions positively, Valor Christian College is probably a great match for you.  Valor is not a large university but a loving Pentecostal/charismatic community where you can be educated and nurtured in your Christian faith... we are the "School of the Spirit." The faculty, staff, and students at the college are determined to use our education and faith to be instruments of change in the world.
